A new chapter at Founders Square is almost here.
Explore a preview of the studio, one- and two-bedroom residences in the brand new West Building (below). The units include garden-level homes offering direct outdoor entries,residences with private balconies, and top-floor homes featuring distinctive gabled windows overlooking Windsor. Crowning the building, a community roof deck offers a place to relax with friends and take in sweeping views across Founders Square and downtown Windsor. As in all our buildings, the West Building includes Workforce Housing and ADA-accessible residences.
