Yes, every apartment at Founders Square includes in-unit laundry. No shared laundry rooms, no trips to the laundromat — just the convenience of a washer and dryer in your own home.

Select apartments at Founders Square feature private decks or balconies. Inside the community, The Founders Club provides café-style outdoor seating, and a community grilling area (coming soon). When Phase 2 is completed, there will be a community Roof Deck with views over Downtown Windsor — so there’s always a place to enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s your own private space or a shared gathering spot.

Founders Square offers a limited number of apartments through its Workforce Housing Program. These units feature the same high-quality finishes, floor plans, and full access to every amenity on the property — the only difference is that they’re reserved for households earning up to 80% of the Area MedianIncome (AMI) for Windsor, CT, as established by the state.
