INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY PROGRAM

At Founders Square, we take pride in being part of a welcoming and connected community. As part of this commitment, we offer a limited number of apartment homes through our Inclusive Community Program.

These residences feature the same high-quality finishes, floor plans, and full access to amenities that every apartment on our property has. The only difference is that these units are reserved for households that meet state-established income qualification guidelines, currently set at up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Windsor.

This program is designed to support broader access to high-quality apartment living within the Windsor community. Availability is limited and may vary throughout the year.
